Noah and Sara have been tapping maples in the heart of northern Michigan hardwood country since 2015. Known for having the densest population of maple trees in the world, Charlevoix is a sweet place to produce maple syrup!
When not sugaring, we are hard at work raising high quality lamb on our sheep farm.
